The He Quan Town Homestay project in Bengbu, Anhui Province, China showcases the power of prefab modular home construction. Completed in September 2023, this sustainable and modern development offers a unique living experience for visitors.
The project features beautifully designed two-story prefab modular villas that blend seamlessly with the natural environment.
Each unit was custom-tailored for the clients, utilizing advanced building materials and low-carbon, energy-efficient technologies to ensure the homes coexist harmoniously with nature.

Innovative Construction and Design
The villas feature a reinforced concrete frame structure, providing both sturdiness and flexibility. The walls are made of autoclaved aerated concrete panels, offering excellent insulation, sound absorption, and thermal performance.
The exterior uses an all-in-one insulation and decoration panel system, keeping the homes warm in winter and cool in summer, while also allowing for quick installation and being environmentally friendly.
The roofs use a lightweight steel structure with integrated photovoltaic tiles, which match the traditional tile appearance but can generate enough electricity to meet the daily needs of the homes.
Each villa is also equipped with a full smart home system, allowing guests to control lighting, temperature, and security features through their smartphones for enhanced living comfort.

Sustainability is a key focus of the He Quan Town Homestay project, with features like energy-efficient appliances, passive solar design, renewable energy sources, and water conservation measures.
